For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed anymore.
Changing size:
For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in "My Order" and place a new one with the size you want.
For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size changing.
For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Werecommend you to do returnfor exchange after you receive the parcel.

Why does package show delivered but I never received it ?
Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors/families. We suggest you check your mail box and with neighbors and family firstly.If no package, check the monitor outside. My wife wanted a slouchy hate with a fur pom on top. Well this hit exactly what she wanted and fit exactly right. The fur pom can be snapped into place or left off in case you want to keep it from getting rained on. Fur is very realistic like.
