For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in "My Order" and place a new one with the size you want.
For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size changing.
For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Werecommend you to do returnfor exchange after you receive the parcel.

Why does package show delivered but I never received it ?

I was honestly surprised at how much I like this mask. It’s comfortable and the straps are good quality. My only complaint is that it’s a little big to the point where it brushes against my eyelashes but I don’t have much of a chin to speak of so on a normally proportioned face it’s probably fine. If you also have no chin, though, you’ll find yourself readjusting it a lot.
