I am 230 lbs and the 3X worked well for me. I carry most of my weight in my hips and butt. These are super cute and cover in all the right places. The only thing I have to say about these is to hang them to dry, don’t throw them in the dryer if you can avoid it. My mother in law dried them and the draw string got a little crinkled up inside the seam. Otherwise these are perfect.
