How to modify my order?

We can help you modify your order before it is shipped out.

Please contact customer service to modify your order.

No MOQ, you can add what you want and place order.

Yes, it is legit and authentic, we are assured that we have been legally registered as a private company and have received relevant business licenses in China.

Because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges.

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries ,amount show on website doesn’t included tax fee. The buyer is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office before order.TAX ID/EORI number is required for shipping to European countries.

Sorry ,we don’t offer free shipping. Shipping is mainly calculated by weight and area.

Unfortunately, we cannot send you a catalogue. We upload our site with awesome items everyday so it would be difficult to update a catalogue but you are always welcome to view items on our website or contact our customer service representatives if you need more assistance.

You can place small order to check firstly. No MOQ.

Free size means “one-size-fits-all”. Of course, we know that does not mean it can fit everyone so it is important you check your measurements carefully and match them to the measurements in the description box for each item you are interested in purchasing.

Though some of the photos are from magazines and social sites, most of our photos are shot by our own photographer and models.

Change shipping address:

  1. For unshipped orders, you can contact customer service for assistance.
  2. For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed anymore.

Changing size:

  1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My Order” and place a new one with the size you want.
  2. For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size changing.
  3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Werecommend you to do returnfor exchange after you receive the parcel.

Please log into your account, click “Orders” and you will see order status straightaway.

What is shipping method?

Here are three shipping methods as following:

Flat Rate Shipping 15-25 work days

  • Standard Shipping 12-14 work days
  • Expedited Shipping 5-8 work days

How much is shipping ?

Shipping is mainly calculated by weight and area.

When you check out the order, you can choose the shipping method,It will show you price accordingly.

There are multiple possible reasons:

  • Wrong or Insufficient address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Unable to delivery/failed to get in touch

If you received incomplete package , pls contact our customer service for help

There are some reason for incomplete package:

  1. Your order is shipped separately.As some items are temporarily out of stock ,in order not delay your shipment, we will ship ready goods firstly and ship rest items later.
  2. Missing items are unavailable anymore: if there is any item sold out, we will send you an out of stock notice before shipping, if no replacement or no reply, we will ship available items directly and attach a paper notice with package.You can get credit / refund for missing items

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors/families. We suggest you check your mail box and with neighbors and family firstly.If no package, check the monitor outside. Or you contact shipping company to confirm about it. If you still cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Service.

Our hottest items often sale fast. Unfortunately, that is something we cannot control but we try to restock items as soon as possible.

If you can’t find an email fifteen days after you’ve placed the order, please contact our Customer Service.

Prices are subject to change based on different promotions. Your product price is in effect the day you checkout, unfortunately we cannot refund you the price difference.
