If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery and in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
Please contact our customer service immediately prior to returning/exchanging products with us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

1. Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact our customer service immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
We will accept exchanges for the wrong style, size, or color. Because of the high cost of international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. As you know, it will be a high tax to import textile from other countries to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sales, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
5. Returns will not be accepted without you having previously contacted our customer service team.
Please do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive it.
