I had to order a size that I don’t normally wear, due to some recent weight gain. Even though I’m 5’4 the pant in a 16 didn’t look ridiculous on me, nor did the crotch sag, which has been a problem if I have to purchase a larger size. The fabric is nice and light, but not cheap-looking. I followed advice on these reviews and washed in cold water, dried for a few minutes on low and then hung dry to finish.

These swim shorts are FABULOUS!!!! I normally wear a size 14/16 in jeans and bought a 2X and they fit great. Nice and loose around my thighs and waist. I probably could have gotten away with the XL, but I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t be loose. All of my friends loved these so much they all ordered some, too! The crochet shows off just enough to make them feel sexy, but they’re long enough to still be modest. Seriously the best swim bottoms ever!!!
